Implements the Look And Feel for the Romexis project.
Note that the implementation is
bare bones i.e. only those elements of the PLAF are implemented that are actually used in the Romexis
application are actually implemented. In the Extremen Programming fashion, it is the idea that new
LAF features are added as needed.
The implementation is currently based Swing Metal PLAF, however, this is just an implementation detail that may change.
